Cushman & Wakefield Appoints New Country Manager in Vietnam

"Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held real estate firm, today announced the appointment of Mr. Chris Brown to the position of Country Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam.

Mr. Chris Brown is responsible for the overall operation of Cushman & Wakefield’s offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Covering Tenant Representation, Project Marketing and Capital Markets, Mr Chris Brown advises a diverse range of clients from local development companies to international investment funds. 

Arshpreet Chaudhry, Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield in South-East Asia commented: “The appointment of Chris Brown as the Country Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam further strengthens our capabilities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as we continue to strengthen our platform in the country. We will be continuing to expand and invest in the Vietnamese business, in line with Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic plan.” 

Mr. Chris Brown was most recently the General Manager for Ho Chi Minh City. Chris joined Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam from the REFICO Group where he was the in-house Marketing and Property Manager for the high profile Centre Point office project in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Chris Brown has previously worked Cushman & Wakefield in the UK where he established himself as a leading office agent, working with prestigious occupier and landlord clients. He gained valuable experience in development consultancy, project marketing, occupier targeting and high level negotiations.

The former Executive Director for Cushman & Wakefield in Hanoi, Mr. Leon Cheneval is no longer with Cushman & Wakefield. Leon no longer represents Cushman & Wakefield or Cushman & Wakefield’s clients in any capacity. All responsibilities have been assumed by Mr Chris Brown."
