Ho Chi Minh City, October 3rd 2014, Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam is proud to announce that three members of staff were accredited with membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

They are: Le Thi Kim Hoa MRICS – National Head of Retail; Nguyen Pham Anh Duy MRICS – Senior Manager of Tenant Advisory Group; and, Vo Van Huu Phuoc MRICS – Senior Manager of Valuation & Advisory.

All three members of staff who were awarded the prestigious membership had to undergo rigorous training and pass interviews, in addition to having at least five years of professional experience, in order to be accepted in to the old and illustrious organization. Jonathan Tizzard MRICS, head of Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield and Board Member of the RICS Vietnam Advisory Group said: “I am very proud of all three members of staff who, in addition to being very successful team leaders in their respective teams and working long and hard all week, managed to find time in the evenings and weekends to study towards this prestigious award. All three found it difficult at the beginning to look at the real estate market from a truly global perspective, but all have since told me that the experience has enabled them to develop as real estate professionals and better serve their clients as a result.”
