CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD ASSIST DUCATI IN LAUNCHING NEW 3S SHOWROOM

Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam was appointed to advise them to choose the right site that can meet Ducati’s latest global standards. Cushman & Wakefield helped select a site and worked with the owner to deliver a build to suit showroom and at 1,300m2, is one of the biggest Ducati showrooms in Asia.

The new Ducati showroom meets all global standards strictly with all interior furniture imported from Italy. The new facility is split over two floors and displays a wide range of products and concepts. With the latest 3S standard showroom (Showroom, Service and Spare parts), Ducati Vietnam not only brings their customers high quality products, but also add value services, such as repair, maintenance, coffee corner and for their hardcore racing fans a waiting room boasting a huge screen for watching Moto GP.
