HCMC, January 10, 2019 – Today Cushman & Wakefield are happy to announce the appointment of Paul Tonkes as the new leader of Industrial and Logistics Services, effective 1st of January.
Paul has multidisciplinary qualifications along with 16 years of experience and expertise in commercial real estate from The Netherlands and Vietnam. Initially, he specialized in office and retail before gradually transitioning to Industrial and Logistic Real Estate. He has been actively consulting foreign investors from Europe and the US that have investment interests within Vietnam. This depth of knowledge and experience will enable him to carry out his new role as director of Industrial and Logistics Services with distinction.
